Terms of Service | WINROFI Piso WiFi

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Winrofi license or downloading our software images, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all machine operators, dealers, and builders using the Winrofi ecosystem.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Each Winrofi License Key is valid for activation on exactly one (1) hardware unit, locked to the unique CPU serial number. The license is non-transferable once activated.

Anti-Piracy: Any attempt to bypass the licensing system or distribute modified "cracked" versions of the software will result in an immediate global ban of all associated licenses.
Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Winrofi core binaries.

3. Support and Warranty

Winrofi is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive for 100% uptime and stability, Winrofi is not liable for revenue loss resulting from hardware failure, ISP outages, or misconfiguration by the operator.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, License Keys are non-refundable once they have been sent to the buyer or activated on a machine. We encourage testing with our free documentation before making a bulk purchase.

5. Partnership & Dealerships

Official dealers must maintain the integrity of the Winrofi brand. Selling licenses above or significantly below the suggested retail price without prior authorization may result in dealership revocation.
