Winrofi is designed with privacy as a core value. We collect data required for system security, license management, and regulatory compliance.

• Machine Telemetry: We collect hardware identifiers (CPU serial number) and license keys during the activation process to prevent unauthorized usage.
• Operator Identity & KYC: For machine operators and dealers, we may collect your Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address, and Physical Address. In some cases, a Valid ID may be required for identity verification (KYC) and account security.
• Performance Logs: Anonymous uptime and error data may be transmitted to our servers to help us improve the software stability.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We take pride in being one of the few Piso WiFi systems that respects the privacy of your customers.

• NO Customer Data: We do NOT collect names, phone numbers, browsing history, or personal identifiers of the people who connect to your WiFi machines.
• NO Traffic Monitoring: We do NOT inspect the contents of your clients' internet traffic.

3. Data Usage & Security

Your license data is stored in encrypted cloud databases. It is used exclusively to:

• Verify your machine's activation status.
• Provide you with a centralized dashboard in the Cloud HQ.
• Prevent software piracy and illegal distribution.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Winrofi does NOT sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. Your information stays within the Winrofi ecosystem only.
